Sourcing Specialist

Objectives of this position:
The objectives of the position is to provide support to the division by establishing strong partnerships with vendors in the country to orient efforts towards business growth. This entails strenghtening partnerships with existing vendors and sourcing new manufacturers in alignement with divisional sourcing strategy.

Sourcing Manager in Hongkong + Country Manager in VN
Deputy:
In case of absence, the holder of the position is represented by the Country Manager
What will you do?
The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:
• Liaise with vendors within the country or region to gather supporting documents for profile establishment and registration process
• Make sure all data provided by vendors are completed accurately and punctually in line with company standards
• Facilitate factory registration process by providing administrative documents to Compliance Team
• Assist in data maintenance and update for vendors contact details and capacity record
• Perform ad hoc clerical and administrative support as required
• Be involved in management projects as required
• Colloboaration with local offices for registration & documentation
