General Manager Assistant

As a General Manager Assistant, you will support the operations of our plastic injection factory in Vietnam, reporting directly to the General Manager based overseas. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating daily tasks and projects within the factory;
• Serving as a charming and professional representative of the company, meeting with customers and attending meetings to take minutes;
• Providing excellent administrative support to the General Manager, including follow-up on ad-hoc tasks;
• Demonstrating strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal;
• Showcasing impressive presentation and computer skills.
