Principle duties:
Process clients’ documents as instructed by project teams or customers; ensure quality and quantity targets of the projects.
Maintain and improve customer’s satisfaction
Responsibilities
:
- Continuously improve productivity
- Communicate with customers via mail, text message, chat (free text) to feedback, verify their requirements or ask for unclear cases.
- Analyze customer’s requirements.
- Be responsible for the quality of the outputs.
- Make decision based on rules and experiences.
- Process documents based on business rules.
- Training coworkers, teams if needed (by update customer’s information).
