Mô tả công việc

Manage Hiep Phuoc Factory (including power supply and automation system) by planning, organizing, and follow up maintenance of the assets and property to ensure reliable and cost-efficient operations and quality.  
More details as below:
- Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed;
- Lead the procedure related to control the software and industrial network security for all automation system at factory;
- Ensure that proactive maintenance work keeps or increases current production capacity and quality;
- Lead the team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs;
- Manage maintenance staffs by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned according to procedures, in an efficient way, and with the right quality;
- Implement root cause analysis on reoccurring or critical breakdowns and failures;
- Coordinate maintenance work with affected area owners to plan work orders appropriately;
- Actively work together with operations to develop operations equipment to improve efficiency and/or quality;
- Monitor and evaluate service contractors and review supplier performance (such as working with automation service provider/ experts to perform the remote service);
- Ensure that the Matrix Maintenance System responsibility area is always up to date, at least data from work orders.
