1. User Growth Marketing
• Develop and implement comprehensive user growth marketing plan aligned with company objectives
• Identify key growth opportunities and set actionable goals to drive user acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth initiatives align with business objectives
• Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, efficiently allocating resources to maximize ROI
• Analyze user data and behavior to identify opportunities for improving acquisition and retention
• Implement strategies for user feedback collection and leverage insights to improve user experience
• Coordinate with other teams to operate CRM and Marketing Automation
• Stay informed about industry developments, latest digital marketing trends, technologies best practices and integrate relevant insights into marketing strategies.
2. Data Solution
• Manage data pools (organic and paid sources) & propose solutions to achieve business and marketing objectives
• Study data pools to find valuable insights and behaviors of target audiences/ potential customers
• Ensure data collection follow guideline of legal and compliance.
3. Media Performance
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set performance targets for marketing campaigns with given budget
• Ensure campaigns KPI are aligned with overall marketing objectives
• Develop media plan, run, follow up and optimize to achieve campaign KPI
• Collaborate and manage media agencies, publications, platforms… to ensure campaign run effectively and smoothly
• Responsible for SEO, ASO & SEM
• Implement data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
