Recruitment: 60%
Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters)
Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
Greet and assist interviewees onsite
Coordinate hiring activities
Handle records and paperwork
Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
Maintain candidate database
Prepare and post job ads online
Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
Administration: 40%
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Schedule and track meetings and appointments, book flights, and handle travel logistics
Act as a first point of contact to external vendors and guests, directing them to appropriate offices
Manage office supplies across all floors.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Coordinate office repairs and maintenance.
Greet office visitors, answer and direct phone calls
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Assist colleagues whenever necessary and perform necessary duties when needed.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Proven experience as Recruitment Assistant, Office Administration or other recruiting-related role
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
English fluently, outstanding communication skills
Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
Great attention to detail
Two to three years of experience as an office admin, office assistant, or any relevant role.
Problem-solving ability
BSc/BA in HR, Business or relevant field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
