About this role
The role stations in Regent Garment Factory – are located in Hai Duong province - under the Crystal International Group from Hong Kong, one of the world's leading manufacturers and distributors of apparel products.
This role will be the persons who are under HR department & in charge of C&B or recruitment for factory, details as bellow:
1. C&B:
- Ensure legal compliance with government regulations and prepare required reports;
- Manage employee discipline and conflict resolution;
- Oversee resignation and retention processes;
- Develop, implement, and oversee HRD policies;
- Handle labour relations and the grievance management scheme;
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper HR practices and audits.
2. Recruitment:
- Advertise, screen, interview, and recommend suitable candidates for various departments based on specified criteria;
- Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures, including securing headcount approval in alignment with HR policies;
- Monitor contract staff employment periods and take appropriate action for contract completion;
- Enhance workplace harmony through the organization of engagement activities and staff programs;
- Prepare management reports, including headcount analysis, recruitment channel effectiveness, and advertisement cost evaluation;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the senior supervisor.
