Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead recruitment processes end-to-end:
From creating job advertisements, conducting interviews, providing feedback to candidates, to coordinating the entire process.
- Setting up hiring processes:
Helping to profile new roles and establishing the most effective selection process.
- Providing guidance and support:
Assisting employees and managers with end-to-end HR-related queries and processes, including on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Preparing HR documentation and files:
Maintaining personnel and employee records.
- Cooperating with the external payroll provider:
Preparing all the necessary documentation.
- Managing the employees benefits.
- Taking care of activities related to:
Employee lifecycle, administration, HR initiatives & projects.
- Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements:
Ensuring day-to-day management of employees complies with legal requirements, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance (Cooperation with our external legal department).
