With the expansion of our Vietnamese subsidiary, local HR acts as a bridge to enhance communication between the company and the Vietnamese team, ensuring cultural sensitivity and linguistic fluency for more precise execution.
- Precision Recruitment and Talent Retention
: Facing expansion and new district launches, the Vietnamese subsidiary requires local HR to deeply understand the local market, identify and attract the most suitable talents, while designing incentive mechanisms tailored to the local culture to minimize talent turnover; this also includes negotiating local job offers.
- Compliance Assurance
: Establishing a compliance system and personnel management framework suitable for the local context, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in company operations, and mitigating potential risks; this also entails proofreading local contracts.
- Strengthening Cross-Cultural Collaboration
: Serving as a cultural bridge, fostering mutual understanding and respect between the headquarters and the Vietnamese team.
- Local Supplier Management:
Engaging with and managing recruitment and legal suppliers that the subsidiary collaborates with locally.
