HSEQR Intern

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HSEQR (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Regulatory) Intern to join our team for a 3-month period. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in both English and Vietnamese are accurately translated, available, and loaded into the Company’s systems
Key Responsibilities:
Review and translate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the MSDS translations.
Insert a standard line in the Vietnamese version of all MSDS to state: “In the event of differences in the Vietnamese translation, the English version will prevail”.
Load the translated MSDS into the Company’s systems
Support the HSEQR team in ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

Qualifications:
Chemical knowledge is a plus
Proficient in both English and Vietnamese, with strong translation skills.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
Familiarity with MSDS and HSEQR principles is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
