KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Independently plan, design, execute, analyse and report user qualitative research and communicate those results with stakeholder to guide the direction of digital Home Credit products
• Facilitate user In-Depth Interview or focus group discussion to deep dive in understandings user target audience
• Identify potential problematic touchpoints according to user target audience
• Closely work with Online Data Analyst to continuously improve users' measurement tools to effectively collect and monitor user feedbacks at each defined touchpoint.
• Propose and take lead in enhancement activities, focusing on Online activities and other related process improvement, culture building
