Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our logistics company. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions and strategies for our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
2. Employee Relations:
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
3. Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance management programs to drive employee productivity and development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
• Identify training and development needs, and coordinate relevant programs and initiatives.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage the salary review process, job evaluations, and compensation benchmarking.
• Stay up to date with market trends and developments to recommend and implement improvements to the company's compensation and benefits structure.
5. Training and Development:
• Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver relevant training sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
6. Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, working hours, and leave entitlements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and update HR policies and procedures accordingly.
