This is a 6-month contract role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
• Be responsible for all recruitment activities according to business requirements
• Manage all Employee Engagement programs and initiatives
• Monitor and implement HR policies to align with business strategy and comply with labour regulation
• Partner with business leaders to deploy Employee Engagement activities effectively
• Take care on-boarding process including conducting induction training for new joiners
• Be responsible for monitoring and updating HR records, coordinating requirements and activities relating to new joiners and leavers
• Partner with HQ HR/local HR team to organize L&D programs and annual Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS)
ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Monitor office supplies and service supplies
• Monitor administration expenses to assist in budget preparation
• Manage and maintain key office documentation and filing system
• Coordinate with HQ IT to provide IT support
