***JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Issue VAT invoices timely;
- Be responsible for following up the debt collection; prepare monthly aging report and bad debt to H.Q. if any;
- Record invoices to accounting system;
- Provide data related to AR;
- Collect the payment from customer;
- Assist Chief Accountant to prepare VAT report;
- Send confirmation letter to customers, find out and correct if there is any variance timely;
- Check and verify outgoing VAT invoice;
- Check and reconcile with bank accounts timely;
- Any other duties assigned by Chief Accountant.
