International Procurement Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in procurement, strong communication skills in English, and a solid understanding of international trade practices. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of import/export regulations to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services critical to our operations in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and procure goods and services internationally to meet the company's operational needs.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with international suppliers to achieve the best value.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliability and quality.
• Monitor and manage procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and align with project timelines.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Address and resolve supply chain issues, including delays, quality concerns, and logistical challenges.

Salary: 12 - 14 million VND/month. Performance-based bonuses. Holiday and Tet bonuses.
