* PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Incoming Quality Control Technician to join our PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) factory. As the IQCTechnician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of components and materials received from suppliers. Your meticulous inspections and adherence to quality control procedures will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of product excellence and customer satisfaction.
* PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize various testing equipment, tools, and software to perform electrical, mechanical, and functional tests on incoming components to verify their adherence to specifications.
- Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections on incoming components, such as electronic parts, PCBs, connectors, cables, and other materials used in PCBA manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, test data, and any non-conformities discovered during the IQC process.
- Follow established quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with product specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report non-conforming components, materials, or processes, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Additional test for special requirement parts to be carefully evaluated for quality (check soldering ability, electrical test, etc)
- Continuous improvement.
