Provide the interface between the business units and Information Technology to ensure that the IT group is focused on the key business drivers at all times.
Be very focused on the business aspect of Information Technology. Work with the Global Technology & Business and Project Managers to make ensure continuous improvement in the business system.
Provide clear and strategically correct business solutions to assist/enhance the local and global business requirements.

Graduate from University with IT degree or higher , specializing in software, IT solutions applied in business, production, services

It shall be the responsibility of the IT Operation Manager to insure the IT Manager
understands this job description and that he/she leads the department in
continuous improvement in the areas Identified herein.
