Mô tả công việc

This person must be able to achieve the following:
• Work with Senior Business Development team members to set up new accounts
• Visit existing customers on a schedule agreed upon by your line manager
• Complete at least 20 customer / account visits per week
• Merchandise shelves at retail customers
• Train staff, upsell, show new products and develop relationships with our customers
• Attend & host events at customer accounts
• Research & network to find new account opportunities creating new account target lists
• Record all customer related visits and communication within company CRM
• Coordinate with Marketing Team for customer events and activations
• Communicate with team manager and senior business developers to discuss challenges, opportunities, strategic ideas, customer feedback, etc..

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Some knowledge and a passion for craft beer
Good communicator in both English and Vietnamese
Positive with friendly interpersonal skills
No sales experience necessary but it is preferred
A motivated self-starter with a passion to build the business
Good computer skills including Excel
Provide brand leadership for the region
Work weekends for events or other necessary occasions
