Junior Media Executive

● Develop digital media plans, set up and optimize for the campaign performance on media channels, including Facebook, Google, Tiktok and other online channels.;
● Prepare creative brief and follow up with creative team on banner production;
● Follow up with the admin and finance team on payment, including raising e-PR, PO, payment request signing, document submission and invoice collecting;
● Responsible for the day to day running of campaigns, analyze metrics, provide campaign effectiveness reports weekly/monthly/quarterly, and proactively recommend optimizations when appropriate to improve media performance;
● Research and frequently update new trends on digital, propose adaptation plan accordingly;
● Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests;
● Other tasks will be assigned by the line manager.

● At least 1-year experience in marketing team or media agency background;
● At least 1-year experience in Google Adword, Facebook Ads;
● Effective verbal and written communication skills in English;
● Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
● Strong quantitative and analytical skills including working with budgets and numbers;
● Self-motivated and hard-working;
● Strong analytical skills & problem solver;
● Big interest in digital marketing;
