KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with the Commercial Director to develop sales strategies and manage over-execution to ensure delivery of customer objectives, brand strategy and channel strategy.
• Drive the annual growth of sales revenue and profitability.
• Search and identify new business opportunities and collaboration according to each territory's business strategy.
• Negotiate the Distribution contract conditions, locations, buying plan, etc with partners.
• Advise seasonal campaigns to partners and new product launches.
• Provide an update on the happenings in the marketplace by category.
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve services and meet customer requirements.
• Other tasks under the assignment of Commercial Director.
