Manage team’s performance by input KPIs (Tools adoption, campaigns, price competitiveness, stock and promotion planning, seller with sales), and output KPIs (Sales)
Daily manage key brands’ performance of Moms, Kids and Babies market.
Analyze data, build comprehensive seller performance reporting/dashboard.
Collaborate with the multi stakeholders on project initiatives and daily monitoring to ensure the best performance.
Responsible for campaigns performance (sales), business plan for key brands.
