7. 實施、遵循和依照ISO 17025標準改善流程。
參與內部評估、糾正錯誤和改善系統。
8. 在必要時參與與外部單位的合作（如聯繫參加跨部門評估、系統認證機構等）。
9.根據已批准的流程執行測試、測量和樣本分析。
10.評估測試方法的測量不確定性。

Job Description/ What you do:
1. Develop and optimize lubricant products, evaluate formulas, trial blending, actual testing and assist customers in testing.
2. Communicate with international additive manufacturers to introduce product formulation technology.
3. Draft product technical documents (PDS, SDS), support the Sale-Marketing department and Engineering & HSE department
4. Involved in providing technical customer service and after-sales support, helping to promote and implement
5. Participate in the establishment, updating, and maintenance of laboratory capabilities according to ISO 17025 standards.
6. Draft, control, and manage related records and documents (system control documentation, technical documents, and related guidelines, etc.).
7. Implement, follow and improve processes according to the ISO 17025 standard.
Participate in internal audits, rectify discrepancies, and improve the system.
8. Work with external parties as needed (such as coordinating inter-laboratory evaluations, certification bodies, etc.).
9. Perform tests, measurements, and sample analyses according to approved procedures.
10.Evaluate the measurement uncertainty of testing methods.
11.Process experimental data, compile result reports, and ensure the accuracy of the data.
