Partner with assigned Business Units to develop and execute a comprehensive People Development Framework and Learning Strategy, aligning with the organization's goals and needs;
Apply Adult learning principles, Instructional design methodologies to create and facilitate L&D programs tailored to different experience levels, including new hires, mid-level, and senior staff across various departments;
Foster a culture of continuous learning through diverse initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders to introduce a range of learning modalities, including coaching, e-learning, and interactive workshops;
Incorporate feedback and evaluations to continuously improve the quality and impact of learning solutions;
Optimize the use of the E-learning platform to enhance employee development and skill acquisition;
Evaluate the impact of L&D initiatives, ensuring they meet employee growth and organizational development goals;
Develop and implement communication strategies, get marketing/ learning promotion hat on to drive participation, engagement in learning activities;
Monitor progress and cost of training courses and programs;
Contribute to L&D department events & activities;
Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by the Line Manager.
