Legal Assistant (Licensing Services)

Assist the team to provide legal related work to Vietnamese and multinational clients across a range of industries:
Supporting Legal Consultants in preparing documentation related to advising foreign investors in business investments in Vietnam, project adjustment procedures in Vietnam.
Assisting in liaising and working with authorities to submit documents and receive results from licensing agencies.
Executing projects on legal review, business consulting, labor license registration.
Updating legal documents and respond promptly to our clients’ inquiries related to investment in Vietnam.
Other tasks as assigned.

Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with team/ clients
A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Law major
0 - 1 years of related work experience required
Proven experience in assisting with implementation procedures related to adjusting investment projects is a plus
Vietnamese fluency and show proficiency in using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication
