Advise BOD on corporate establishment/ restructuring including labor/ tax/ property matters etc...
Mainly in charge of Food sectors including but not limited to all kinds of law issues related to company business such as M&A, Investment, Risk Management etc...
Handle compliance works by making compliance policies and guidance on antitrust, data privacy, anti-corruption, etc.
Prepare, submit & follow up all procedures of licensing authorities
Mainly in charge of daily business legal issues (draft & review commercial/ service/ purchasing contracts...)
Advise BOD on corporate regulations, foreign investment, commercial activities etc...

Having lawyer practicing certificate
Law degree from a reputable local university
Minimum 4 years' experience
Have sufficient knowledge and experience in consulting the set-up and operation of foreign businesses in Vietnam.
Master degree from overseas university (preferred)
Searching investment solution for foreign investors for some limited business areas.
Experience of working and dealing with government side like DPI, DOIT, MPI, MOIT, MOF...
Have experience in Top tier local law firm/ global law firm/ Invest Consult Groups and FMCG, food or logistics companies...
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Legal risk management, writing, reviewing contract, co-work with law firm as in-house lawyer...
Strong negotiating skills, oral and written communications skills.
Flexibility, initiative and good problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Law degree from a reputable local university
