Job Description:
- Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Do the tasks that support, consult the Law and provide the law principle related to business establishment, labor,...
- Assist all of departments of the company in the aspect of legal.
- Draft and certify the official dispatch, the economic contract to support the company’s operation.
- Translation and Interpretation.
- Consult the procedures of legal documents, participate in deal/litigation, and solve the arisen issues to beneficial disputes between the company and the third party.
- Other admin tasks

Job Requirement:
- Careful, Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative and responsible.
- Able to use English fluency (minimum toeic 700 or equivalent certificates).
- Proficiency in office skills.
- Fast manners, friendly and good communication skills.
- 4th year students or graduated Students from Universities. Major: Law, Economic – Law.
