Prepare and submit documents related to investment, establish/ modify the branch/ business location, registration of intellectual, property, corporate legal...
Detect and advise to prevent legal risk arising during operations and activities of the company
Provide legal advice on a new business model or special issue
Liaising with the competent authorities and many internal functional departments to complete assigned tasks

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, time management
Graduate from University of Law/ Economics and Law, etc.
Having 3 years’ experience at the same position. At least 1 year of experience working in law firm or enterprise
Have an ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks and provide practical and constructive advice in a business environment
Meticulous and pay attention to details
Hardworking, teamwork and result-oriented
Ability to work independently, proactive, services mindset under high pressure
Good command of English in writing & speaking
