Mô tả công việc
- Research laws, decrees, circulars, etc., related to the company's business areas.
- Advise the Board of Directors on legal matters.
- Control the legality of documents and contracts issued and signed by the Company.
- Participate in drafting contracts, documents, and transaction files.
- Regularly research, explore, and update the latest legal information for the BOD.
- Ensure all procedures and operations of the company are legal.
- Prepare the company's legal documents. Review, edit, and complete legal documents, issued documents, and transaction materials to ensure compliance with the laws on enterprises, labor, and other state regulations.
- Be responsible for checking the legality and legal compliance of all company transactions.
- Manage the company’s legal documents and files as per regulations.
- Be responsible for reporting the assigned tasks to the direct management.
- Liaise and deal with external agencies to resolve work assigned by superiors. Participate in litigation as assigned by company leadership to ensure the company’s interests.
- Be responsible for performing procedures related to documents such as company establishment, modifications, trademark registration, etc.
- Other tasks as directed by direct management.
