- Support Operation team in completing sales contracts
- Keep and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Support and resolve customer inquiries as well as arising problem
- Prepare quotation, sales contract and other supporting documents
- Make plan to search, visit, approach customers to increase new and potential customers
- Be a liaison to deal with arising issues in operation activities relating to customers
- Other tasks as being assigned.
- Keep and maintain good relationship with customers.

BA Degree
Strong communication English well both writing and speaking skill
At least 5 years practical working experiences in a FWD/ airfreight/ sea freight/... & transport operation fields
Analyzing skills & conclusion
Presentation skill
Report and correspondent writing
Computer skills, word processing and spread-sheet programs
Knowledge of logistics/ airfreight/ sea freight/ customs/ trucking ... supply chain legislation and application
