Job Title: HR Business Partner Manager (Temp 6 months)
Department: Human Resources
Direct Supervisor: Head of HR
JOB SUMMARY
This position will provide support to all related departments in key functions of HR, including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Talent Management, Manpower Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Performance Management, and Staff Orientation.
As a key member of the business unit, HRBP Manager will also be involved in various HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects, perform other tasks as directed by Head of HR in order to achieve the business and team objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Selection
• Implementation of company's recruitment strategy and deliver of recruitment agenda for all related Departments; involve in manpower planning.
• Responsible for full recruitment process including but not limited screening, interviewing, reference checking, staff orientation, employee benefit and compensation negotiation and ensure that recruitment and selection processes operate effectively with expected results.
• Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
• Serve as the key user for the job posting system, intranet, and HR community platforms.
2. Compensation & Benefits
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefit and CoE team to participate and supporting in the annual salary survey, benchmarking data to ensure competitive and market-aligned compensation structures.
• Assist in planning and preparation of employee cost budget and estimation.
• Work closely with relevant department (C&B, supporting functions, CoE) to develop and refine salary structures, allowances, sales incentive schemes, and key performance indicator (KPIs) for related department.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
• Actively participate in the review and implementation of payroll and benefits processes, ensuring alignment with company policies & regulatory empliance.
• Collaborate closely with C&B team to manage and optimize the HR system, maintaining accurate personal records and databases to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving benefits administration, supporting continuous improvement in HR Operations.
4. Training & Development
• Work with line managers and department heads to identify training and development needs through Individual Development Plans (IDPs), job analysis, performance appraisals, and ongoing consultations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Propose the efficient training plan aligned with needs combined for whole organization to ensure efficient implementation of individual training plans for all employees.
• Participate in evaluation and monitor training programs to ensure the training objectives are met.
• Work closely with the Talent & Development team to drive Performance Management processes, including employee performance coaching and counseling, ensuring alignment with broader talent development strategies.
• Coordinate local training program and supporting for logistical arrangements (if any).
5. Employee Relations
• Improve working relationships/environment, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
• Support to deal with disciplinary or grievance and HR related issues, offer professional consultation and advice to employees as appropriate.
• Communicate company information to staff effectively and efficiently.
• Assist and support in organizing and implementing various employee relations activities e.g annual staff functions, S&R initiatives, iSay survey…
6. Annual HR Process & Management
• Assist Annual Performance Management, Annual Salary Review and Bonus recommendations processes.
• Implement Annual Salary Survey and related analysis for.
• Assist to review and implement HR policies, Employee Handbook in line with the Company’s strategies and values.
• Work closely with HR team to prepare Group Social Reports, payroll cost, monthly HR movement reports and related analysis.
• Ensure efficient HR operations.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and HR projects as assigned.
