Mô tả công việc
• Assist Investment Managers to evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
• Run feasibility study, perform comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence of potential M&A deals.
• Prepare investment deal pitches and deliver presentations to management team/investment committee.
• Liaise with and management of third-party advisors such as partners, brokers, lawyers, etc. to build sustainable and mutually beneficial business relationships.
• Keep M&A team abreast of competitors and market opportunities across Vietnam and asset classes.
• Any other tasks by Head of Investment.
