Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer
to join our dynamic team at Laird Vietnam in Bac Ninh
. This role involves performing preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime. The successful candidate will also coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and spare parts procurement, maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
* Perform preventive and predictive maintenance by analyzing routine failures and compiling capability and reliability data for manufacturing equipment.
* Provide guidance in troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, control, and instrumentation faults.
* Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and spare parts procurement.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
* Conduct safety documentation for construction and maintenance services as required.
* Evaluate and analyze unique problems with equipment, troubleshoot equipment failures, and repair as needed.
* Advise or recommend new or modified methods and equipment to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
* Manage construction and mechanical maintenance repairs as required.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities.
* Demonstrate awareness of working in an environment with high safety requirement standards.
