Technical Apprentice - Thực Tập Sinh Kỹ Sư (full Time Có Lương, 3 Vị Trí)

POSITION 1: PROCESS/ INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER TRAINEE/ KỸ SƯ QUY TRÌNH
Production processes:
• People training to comply with Oerlikon Operational Standard
• Process documentation and visualization to improve people’s knowledge retention
• KAIZEN activities to increase process efficiency and availability
• Production process planning and monitoring to secure OTD (On Time Delivery) and reduce thru put times.
• Work closely with operators to receive feedback on daily challenges and deviations that could impact the production processes.
• Participate in failure analysis and customer complaints by using the 7 QC tools and provide efficient corrective and preventive actions to avoid further failure cases.
• Quality inspections during incoming, in process and outgoing inspections to guaran-tee failure free deliveries and avoid CONQ (Cost Of Non Quality)
• Other task of projects that might arise
Operations flow
• MUDA analysis and KAIZEN improvement thru layout and workplace design for better flows and work ergonomics and increase work efficiency
• 6S implementation & improvement to secure efficiency, quality and safety
• People & process management & scheduling to improve OTD and machine RPT (Relative Process Time)
• Other task of projects that might arise

POSITION 2: MECHATRONICS/ ELECTRONIC ENGINEER/ KỸ SƯ CƠ ĐIỆN
TPM/ Total Productive Maintenance:
• People training to comply with Oerlikon Operational Standard
• Machine operation and maintenance documentation and visualization to improve people’s knowledge retention
• KAIZEN activities to increase machine availability & reliability (REL)
• Work closely with operators to receive feedback on daily challenges and deviations that could impact the machine reliability.
• Participate in failure analysis and customer complaints by using the 7 QC tools and provide efficient corrective and preventive actions to avoid further failure cases.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting (root cause analysis, counter-measure planning, and execution) for all machines, including utility/facility equip-ment.
• Process Control inspections (PCC) of all machinery and equipment’s to guarantee failure free deliveries and avoid CONQ (Cost Of Non Quality)
• Design, procure, install and train new production equipment and jigs/ fixtures for new products or to support KAIZEN actives to improve efficiency (e.g SMED: Single Minute Exchange of Die) or quality (e.g. Poka Yoke)
• Analysis, management and control of spare parts to improve stock handling to secure downtime and limit inventory.
• 6S implementation & improvement to secure efficiency, quality and safety
• Other task of projects that might arise
Energy Management
• Energy (electricity, air, gases, water, waste) consumption analysis and KAIZEN im-provement on facility equipment, factory building and production machinery to reduce energy cost.
• EnMS implementation & documentation to comply with our SDG (Sustainable Devel-opment Goals)

POSITION 3: REGRINDING CUTTING TOOLS SPECIALIST / KỸ SƯ MÁY MÀI
Production processes:

• Process documentation and visualization to improve people’s knowledge retention
• KAIZEN activities to increase process efficiency and availability
• Production process planning and monitoring to secure OTD (On Time Delivery) and reduce thru put times.
