MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT) PROGRAM:

PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
Phase 1 (2 months) - Brand Immersion
: Serve as brand ambassadors in retail locations or as TikTok Live Stream Sellers at our headquarters.
Phase 2 (2 months) - Talent Development
: Spearhead recruitment and training initiatives for promoters or live stream sellers, either on-site or at our office.
Phase 3 (2 months) - Sales and Marketing Integration
: Engage in various aspects of our business, including sales operations, key account management, general trade, or trade marketing.
As an MT, you'll cultivate management competencies aligned with our corporate values. Throughout this comprehensive program, you will:
Gain in-depth brand knowledge and refine sales techniques as a brand ambassador.
Drive business growth through key account management, trade marketing, and e-commerce platform optimization.
Develop leadership skills by managing store teams or livestreams, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
This immersive experience lays the foundation for your future as a corporate leader in the dynamic FMCG sector

Monthly phone allowance: 150,000 VND.
Monthly transportation allowance: 200,000 VND (Only available offline sales team)
13th month salary (prorated if in service less than a year)
Laptop will be provided after passing the 1st Phase.

Recent graduates with up to one year of full-time work experience.
Performance-driven individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
Must be available for full-time, on-site work (remote or part-time arrangements not available).
