Team and Role Introduction:
Lazada Affiliate Team (Growth) is responsible for Affiliate partners development in cost per sale model and contribution to platform growth. As an Affiliate Channel Manager, you will be responsible for your assigned channels/segments’ partners acquisition, incubation, campaign operations, performance growth and related projects to achieve our goals in platform revenue. Segments of partners here include B2C/C2C (e.g. KOLs, Communities and Individuals – anyone who have influence to sell products).
Responsibilities:
In detail, you will be in charge of:
- Developing and maintaining current affiliate partnership; building strategic incentive plan and long-term business relationship
- Identifying and designing segment growth strategies with quantifiable objectives
- Conducting comprehensive collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as Branding, PR, Lazada Sponsored Solutions…to drive partner activation
- Optimizing process of campaign materials creation (banner, data feed, tracking tool…)
- Serving Brands and Seller campaigns via securing and operating media plan with key and new partners
- Doing search, onboard & incubate potential partners which match program’s criteria across channels: Affiliate Agencies/Network, Cashback, Telco, App partners…or B2C/C2C (e.g. Communities and Individuals – anyone who have influence to sell products)Developing category expertise to consult for partners
- Managing Segment Affiliate campaign operations to keep campaign running smoothly and deliver the KPIs
- Leading a team to drive end-to-end segment performance
- Initiating and leading any affiliate initiatives.
