We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a proven track record in luxury products or services and/or high-end hospitality or healthcare marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to position The Joyful Nest as the premier choice for postpartum care in Vietnam. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the luxury and hospitality markets to elevate the brand and drive growth. You will be tasked with building brand awareness, engaging potential clients, and crafting compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience of high-net-worth individuals and new mothers seeking premium postpartum care services.
● Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with The Joyful Nest's mission, vision, and business objectives.
● Lead branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns to build brand awareness and attract potential clients within the luxury postpartum care market.
● Design and execute both digital and offline marketing strategies, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and events to engage with new and expecting mothers.
● Create and manage content across various channels, ensuring all marketing materials reflect the premium nature of the brand.
● Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for positioning The Joyful Nest as the leader in luxury postpartum care.
● Build partnerships with medical professionals, influencers, and premium brands to enhance brand visibility and reach.
● Organize exclusive events and workshops, including collaborations with luxury brands, to promote services to affluent mothers and their families.
● Oversee the design and production of all marketing collateral, including brochures, social media visuals, videos, and newsletters.
● Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, manage client relationships, and optimize the customer experience.
● Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources for maximum ROI.
● Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in luxury product or hospitality marketing.
● Proven experience in creating successful marketing strategies for high-end brands or luxury services, particularly in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content management.
● Experience with event planning, partnerships, and collaborations in the luxury or hospitality sectors.
● Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft messages that appeal to a premium audience.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Creative thinker with a passion for luxury branding and an eye for detail.
● Fluency in Vietnamese and English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Chinese) is a plus.
● Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in luxury product or hospitality marketing.
● Proven experience in creating successful marketing strategies for high-end brands or luxury services, particularly in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
