Mô tả công việc

1. STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT:
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate market, consumer behaviors & competitor activity to identify market opportunities. Develop annual Marketing strategy & budget plan for ETC & OTC business unit.
• Develop branding strategy to maximize brand awareness and visibility across all communication channels and improving brand health
• Regular review update plan to meet business strong sales growth
2. MARKETING EFFICIENCY:
• Create a complete marketing plan and ensure excellent results of implementation
• Ensure the best marketing materials to be created locally based on the reference from the HO.
• Build up & lead to implement marketing programs, experiences, sponsorship or promotions for products/ brands, including CRM, loyalty programs, sampling and promotions, advertising campaigns, all types of media
• Implement new product launching
• Allocate resources and schedule marketing activities efficiently
• Coordinate with agencies for effective sales campaigns & promotions to the target audience
• Monitor all marketing initiatives performance to achieve the most effective ROI
• Provide guide and training to team members and support them to achieve the best performance
• Ensure clear communication and objectives among all team members in any marketing plan
3. PR & BRANDING:
• Develop brand positioning
• Lead brand management operations & implement annual brand/marketing strategy effectively
• Lead to leverage regional, best practice, brand selling programs, brand experiences and physical presence
• Support brand awareness and favorability through comprehensive spokesperson, sponsorship and expert speaker initiatives & programs
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to bring up the brand image and company reputation
• Develop & monitoring the training programs/ workshops in order to promote the brand knowledge to distributors effectively
4. SUPPORT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Adapt plans/ initiatives to improve the sales performance
• Work closely with related stakeholders; enabling them to meet their sales target by providing them with appropriate promotion mechanism, sales tools, marketing materials and presentations
• Expand sale opportunities in different channels from offline to online
• Identify and develop any possibility of acquiring new customers
5. SUPPORT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
• Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trend
• Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow and retention
