A project leader in operation side to plan and manage all kind of projects (NPD, Transfer, Cost Down, Improvement, Localization, etc.) from the back to the front end, to fulfilling all aspects for a factory continuous smooth operations & to deliver the needs of customers
- Project leader in operation side to lead and drive project to meet the target project’s requirements & timeline
- Communication with customers to adjust the demand, according to project or material status, balance the demand of tools & materials.
- Manage materials & supplier readiness for projects from beginning until Mass Production.
- Foresee any risk during projects and lead the team to take prevent actions.
- Lead VN factory readiness for all Sample Builds and Mass Production to ensure Good Quality products to be shipped out.
- Continuous evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement in all areas.
- Other tasks as assigned,...
