- To check cost
- To communicate with customers
- To make quotations
Customs declaration activities
- To make draft CD and apply CD
- To handle Customs issue
Customer service activities
- Overall export operations (file AFR, issue HBL, arrange C/O, booking etc)
- Overall import operations (submit manifest, issue A/N, release D/O etc)
- To make periodical status report (inventory report, shipment progress report etc.)
- To check/make D/N
- To check cost
- To communicate with customers
- To make quotations
