Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for executing daily operations including, but not limited to, foreign/international outward and inward remittance.
• Reviewing applications and documents for all Foreign Remittance Transactions, including but not limited to, payment services for export-import of goods, services, foreign exchange on offshore loans (short and long term), investment capital contributions, dividends, profits, etc., in accordance with international practices, local regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
• Processing, booking, and verifying transactions into the relevant systems.
• Handling customer services, providing consultation, and solving customer's inquiries in compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Reviewing supporting documents and prompting customers to submit documents in a timely manner.
• Reviewing applications and documents for all Foreign Remittance Transactions, including but not limited to, payment services for export-import of goods, services, foreign exchange on offshore loans (short and long term), investment capital contributions, dividends, profits, etc., in accordance with international practices, local regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
