- Search and propose options/objects suitable to the goals of each campaign.
- Manage and distribute appropriate budget for each campaign.
- Support planning for corporate campaigns, sponsorship campaigns, and social media (Youtube, Facebook, Tiktok) campaigns
- Negotiate and draw up contracts with partners.
- Measure campaign effectiveness through reports.
- Participate in other communication, branding, and marketing projects as requested by the marketing manager.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
- University graduate majoring in Business, Marketing or related fields.
- Understanding of social networking platforms and trends
- Have at least 1 year of experience in business development, booking, KOLs management, or equivalent positions
- Have worked on projects or brands related to the financial industry.
- Ability to work independently and in groups well
- Effective time management, good communication and negotiation skills.
- Language of communication: English
