Pattern maker/3D Developer

Purpose of the job:
- Development of block- and style patterns (in CAD and 3D) according to the Product Management & Design brief.
- Support the development team with pattern and fit related topics.
- Responsible for bringing product to life for Mammut’s consumer segmentation to desire and love.
- Apparel is one of Mammut’s largest and most important business areas globally. The pattern maker & development function is the backbone of the product department and essential in realizing our seasonal assortment. The role requires a detail-orientated mind as well as an innovative and solution-oriented way of thinking and the ability to perfectly manage complex timelines.
- Identify, adjust, and correct fit issues that require pattern corrections.
- Maintain the block library with patterns, measurements and grading in both CAD - and PLM systems.
- Close collaboration with the Pattern & 3D team in our head offices.
- Responsible for converting styles between global and Asian fits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the creation teams: Product Development, Design, Product Management & Material teams.
- Support the implementation and creation of seasonal apparel 3D developments using Vstitcher/Browzwear 3D software.
- Coordinate and support the 3D developments with our T1 Vendors.
- Responsible to ensure the fit consistency throughout the different collections.
- Create product simulations with 3D developments using Vstitcher/Browzwear 3D software.
- Support and maintain our Virtual Quality Standard Manual to ensure data and quality requirements.
- Contribute new pattern - or detailed construction solutions together with both development and design teams.
- Support 3D project scale-up initiatives, i.e. supplier onboarding, increasing capabilities and capacities (both internally and externally).
- Plus any additional duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be expected to be undertaken in accordance with the role.
