We are a stealth mode startup building prediction markets for Vietnam bringing global expertise and experience from the world’s largest prediction markets. We are backed by the finest institutional investors.
We are soon launching our opinion trading platform where users can find questions on many topics of their interest like sports, news, finance, entertainment and many more. Users can swipe yes or no to express their opinion and place trades, and by doing so enter into an event contract with another user on the other side of the trade. Our platform is a matching engine that enables the execution of this trade contract. And at the end of the event contract, the user with the correct opinion wins the contract value at stake.

● As a Performance Marketing Associate at a startup, you would be developing our marketing strategy, designing and executing campaigns and optimising performance
● Managing and allocating marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI
● Creative and content development with the production team
● A/B testing and refining ad copy, creatives, and landing page elements for continued improvement in performance
● Retargeting and improving campaign performance
● Working together and learning with an experienced international team

Salary: 25-35mn VND based on experience and skillset

● 3+ years experience in digital marketing
● Entrepreneurial mindset - ability to work in startup environment with freedom to operate but maximising value from limited resources
● Experience in managing Youtube/Google Ads, FB ads and optimise conversion
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-backed decisions. Extremely good in excel capabilities. Basics SQL understanding is a big plus
● Experience with marketing automation tools
● Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools
● Experience managing digital budget at monthly level
● Verbal competency in English
