We are seeking a skilled Planning and Revenue Management Manager for our Airline Cargo Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing strategic planning, optimizing revenue management, and enhancing business processes within the cargo operations. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical and business analyst skills, capable of interpreting
data, managing forecasts, and implementing strategies that maximize profitability
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic Planning: Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to optimize cargo capacity, enhance market presence, and align with overall business objectives.
● Revenue Management: Analyse market trends, pricing strategies, and demand forecasts to optimize revenue and cargo load factors. Develop pricing models and strategies that maximize yield and profitability.
● Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to forecast demand, identify opportunities for improvement, and make strategic recommendations to enhance cargo performance.
● Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cargo operations, revenue, and market trends to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
● Process Optimisation: Continuously assess and refine processes related to capacity planning, pricing, and route optimization to enhance efficiency and responsiveness to market changes.
● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and other internal teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals
● Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on cargo performance, revenue trends, and strategic initiatives for senior management and stakeholders.
● Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
