Develop and implement sales strategies for the China market in alignment with company objectives
Coordinate with CSA in China to execute sales plans and archive targets for inbound air cargo
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Overseas Manager
Maintain strong relationships with CSAs in China, ensuring alignment with Vietjetair Cargo's goals and objectives
Support CSAs in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base in the China market
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts with CSAs promptly
Conduct market research specific to China to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities
Provide insights and recommendations for market expansion and product offerings in China
Assist in exploring and developing new partnership and business opportunities within China
Oversee sales operations in the China Market to ensure efficient and effective processes
Collorborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and customer service, to support sales activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement
Other assignment from the Direct manager
