Currently, we are looking for a Product Development Staff to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Conducting market research and product analysis report
• Residential development project analysis
• Marketing and sales data analysis
• Annual upcoming project analysis
• Market price tracking
Professional back data building work for the practice use
Design, review and guideline work
Visiting new products to understand the market trend
Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in real estate related industry or architecture or urban design company.
Positive and teamwork spirit.
Able to use design tools such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator,...
Experienced in housing analysis (logical thinking).
Preferred person who can find insight from the market trend and understand various lifestyle.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsible, autonomous, punctual and detail-oriented.
Good English communication.
