The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our medical equipment, dermatology, ENT, Food Supplement, 1st aid device products within the Vietnamese market. This position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to target hospital channels, independent pharmacies, and chain pharmacies, modern trade... Additionally, the Product Manager will conduct product training activities to ensure our internal teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our products.
Main Responsibilities:
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the industry.
• Product Planning: Develop and implement product marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and target market segments.
• Marketing Strategy: Create and execute effective marketing campaigns for hospital channels, private pharmacies, and chain pharmacies, including advertising, public relations, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Product Training: Develop and deliver product training programs to educate internal sales teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals about our product features, benefits, and applications.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide product information, marketing materials, and sales tools to support their efforts in achieving sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospital decision-makers, pharmacy owners, and healthcare professionals.
• Product Launch: Manage the successful launch of new products, including coordinating marketing activities, training, and sales support.
• Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to gather feedback on product performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets for assigned products.
