Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Traveloka. In this pivotal role, you will lead the creation and delivery of mission-critical services and processes that drive the success of Traveloka products, specifically in our Demand side.
About the Role:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you play a crucial role in the development of sustainable and profitable value growth for Traveloka and our customers, with the primary responsibility of assessing & developing new initiatives, and maximizing efforts for all revenue streams for your assigned domain.
Duties include creating efficient go-to-market processes, developing and executing market and domain strategies for our go-to-market product moments, in particular the launch of new features and how we roll those out across markets and channels. You will be the primary partner to our Product and Channel Marketing team to ensure the go-to-market processes are running smoothly and teams have the resources they need. In this high-impact role, you will be working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Operations, Performance and Channel Marketing.
Product Marketing Manager is expected to:
• Meets or exceeds Marketing objectives with customers in mind
• Develop and manage go-to-market strategies in close partnership with regional and local teams and agency partners
• Partner effectively with Product Marketing, Performance and Channel Marketing, Product and Engineering teams, and Regional Marketing stakeholders to build best practices for go-to-markets
• Develop and manage a portfolio of custom deals on new channel models in close partnership with Market Management and CSG teams
• Actively identify opportunities to cross-collaborate with Market Management, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align efforts and investments such as customer targeting models, digital marketing programs, and performance reporting systems
• Manage agency relationships to ensure go-to-market creatives match Traveloka standards, and message
• Build impactful GTM creatives that communicate the product in a way that resonates with consumers.
• Excellent understanding of the P&L and key Supply levers to drive both top and bottom line growth.
• Understanding effective A&P budgeting and spending to drive high ROI marketing initiatives
