Mô tả công việc
• Sewing and handwork management
• Receive production plans and work orders within the factory system.
• Monitor the status of materials for each work order and track the progress of received materials.
• Produce approved samples and initiate production based on sample comparisons.
• Ensure a proper balance of the plush toy production line to achieve target output.
• Coordinate with the Quality Manager to ensure defect-free production.
• Provide job assignments to supervisors and other subordinates.
• Prepare pre-production samples and compare them with initially approved samples.
• Ensure adherence to correct engineering, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Ensure materials are organized at each processing stage.
• Arrange appropriate production line or machine layouts.
• Organize pre-production meetings or activities to discuss relevant issues.
