Mô tả công việc
• Quản lý và điều hành sản xuất các công đoạn của dây chuyền Dệt – Nhuộm hiệu quả để đạt được sản lượng tối đa với ít lỗi nhất, coi trọng các khía cạnh an toàn và môi trường bao gồm
- Chịu trách nhiệm về các công việc hàng ngày của 3 ca sản xuất
- Duy trì các điều kiện vận hành an toàn trong mọi lúc
- Đáp ứng các thông số kỹ thuật trong hoạt động sản xuất & đảm bảo tuân thủ theo các công đoạn vận hành tiêu chuẩn
- Hỗ trợ lập trình các thiết bị sản xuất nhằm phát huy tối đa hiệu quả hoạt động
- Duy trì môi trường làm việc gọn gàng, ngăn nắp và an toàn
- Kiểm tra thường xuyên vật liệu, công thức, máy móc và nhân sự để cải tiến sản xuất, chất lượng và an toàn
- Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát và duy trì việc thực hiện các quy định và nội quy của công ty.
- Các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của BGĐ/Quản lý người Hàn Quốc
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý chi phí và hiệu quả của quy trình sản xuất

• Manage and operate the production process of the Weaving - Dyeing effectively to achieve maximum output with minimum errors, paying attention to safety and environmental aspects including:
- Responsible for the daily activities of three production shifts.
- Responsible for controlling costs and efficiencies in sizing operations
- Meet technical specifications in production operations & ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Maintain safe operating conditions at all times
- Continually examines material, methods, machinery, and manpower to improve production, quality and safety
- Assist in the scheduling of production equipment to maximize performance.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and orderly department.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the implementation of company rules and regulations.
- Other tasks as required by BOD/ Korean Department Head.
